Hi, I’m stephanie blair

I’m so glad you’re here!

I am a certified Holistic Nutritionist in Vancouver, BC. I have always had a love for food and nutrition after suffering from my own health issues years ago. At 20 years old I had my first gallbladder attack and I went straight to emergency. I had a bunch of tests done to confirm that I had gallstones. Shortly after diagnosis, I was booked in for routine surgery. After not being given much information on why this occurred in the first place or what the future held in terms of diet and lifestyle for me, I had to begin my own health journey. I did a bunch of research on my own for what I needed to take supplement wise to support my liver moving forward and foods I needed to pay more attention to and avoid as well as working with other health professionals. This eventually lead me to my interest in holistic nutrition. I decided to enroll in the nutrition program at IHN (The Institute of Holistic Nutrition) years later after realizing that I found my calling and wanted to help people with their health and support them.

I have learned that food is your medicine and finding natural ways to heal your body goes a long way! And it doesn’t have to be boring in the process. I love finding simple and easy to follow recipes that other people can enjoy just as much as me. Hence why I decided to do 1:1 consultations as well as offer meal prep services for those who need a helping hand! Because let’s face it, making changes to your lifestyle can be overwhelming when doing it alone!

Are you wondering what a holistic nutritionist means? As a Holistic Nutritionist my job is to focus on healing your body from the inside out and getting to the root cause. My job is to not just fix your symptoms, but also figuring out why this is happening in the first place, with a focus on improving and maintaining your health through natural foods, supplements and lifestyle habits. I help keep you accountable so you don’t feel like you’re going through changes alone!

My Approach

It’s important for me to meet you where you already are and go from there. In order to implement long-lasting lifestyle changes, it’s best to start slow and slowly build from there. This is a journey and I’m here with you every step of the way!

believe in yourself

You can do it! Working on your health and improving it won’t be fixed within a week, but if you believe in yourself enough to make the changes and keep yourself accountable (and I can help with this), you’re going to notice a difference overtime and are going to feel the positive changes in your mind and body!
